Have just started my 9th month on 25th,the last sonogarm shows that the baby is in a breech position and the fluid is less and have been asked to stop working imm.the doc says by 15th jan if the bay doesnt go head down might have to go in for c-section which i dont want to.this is my 2nd baby,any clue any ideas how i can get my lil one to turn around?? movements and hiccips are there just that am very uncomefortable sleeping and cant sleep at night ,yes the pubic bone hurts when i trun around guess thats normal!!i just wantt he aby to turn around and no c section pls help!! I am in my 36th week and its our first baby. A similar thing happened to me abt my baby's position too. My prev ultra sound showed the baby is breeched and when the doc checked... it was heading down. I guess our lil ones inside are constantly moving and changing positions.

My doc says, after a certain while .. the uterus narrows down .. meaning - the upper part contracts and widens towards the bottom ( like a pear,for imagining). That way, the only position comfortable for the baby will be the head down. So whenever i ask my doc abt it, she asks me not worry. :-)

I even read abt a few exercises online that help in changing the baby's positon..but many say that they only work in some cases. Whether its normal / C - its always better to be prepared in any case.

Abt the Pubic bone pain ... its horrible whenever i have it too and even i cant move or toss around easily. But the good thing is, i dont have it that often. A cold compress helps me...gives a temporary relief - u can try that!!!
