Hi,Congratulations!
you should not worry too much abt miscarriages.you have to be in a optimistic mood all the time rather than cogitate on negative thoughts. The most impt thing during pregnancy is you have eat good and healthy food, increase your intake on fruits n fresh juices and also consume more lentils, soups and leafy vegetables. The more you take it would be good for you and your baby as well.Have regular check-ups and walk daily for 30 mins morning/evening.This will really help.
Congratulations once again and be happy all the time.

Hi Monica, firstly, congratulations on ur pregnancy. i ve a 7 month old son.Pls pls do not worry about miscarriages n dont even let anyone say anything negative to u. this is a very critical time i.e. 1st 4 months. eat healthy food no fatty food. ur elders may want u to put on weight etc etc but all that is not imp now. do not eat or cook anything which makes u feel nauseous. try and take it easy at ur work place as well. take ur vitamins and folic acid regularly as advised by ur gynaec n go for regular check ups. try to take someone along for ur checkups preferably your husband so that he can be involved as well n u wont feel that nervous. indulge in hobbies apart from ur work so that ur mind is off any kind of tension. i worked till 1 week before my delivery so not everyone has bad experiences. Be positive and all the best!!

first of all very imp visit a gynaec...start with pregnancy medicine whatever doc prescribes .taking folic acid tab is very imp...n dont skip medi at all...take rest..u can do housework n off work normally but dont get stressed...dont get exhausted ...dont lift heavy things...avoide climbing stairs too much...dont eat heaty things like jaggery...til...dry fruits..papaya......after 4th month u can start with dry fruits to gain weight....out of all these things ..not getting stressed is the most imp thing...overstress can lead to pre mature delivery also...dont stand for a very long time...i use to sit on a high chair for doing stuff like frying poories like that ..follow this for entire pregnancy...take 15 to 20 mins break everytime u feel stressed...eat good food ...quantity is not so imp compared to quality..eat nutritious food ...avoid junk food...but dont deprive urself...hv little but eat whatever u feel like eating.....
good food ...proper medicine n proper rest is very important for expecting mother n for growth of baby...wish u good luck...

fear abt miscarraiges are normal but we shud try to avoid it ..take plenty of rest for first 4 months....i dunt mean bedrest..but dunt lift heavy objects, drink plenty of water..eat healthy..divert ur mind..watch funny romantic colorful movies...dunt browse abt pregnancy stuffs for atleast 4 months...join due date club in thiz site itself once u got to know ur edd..consult ur doctor immediatly if u face any illness...after all i have to say iz the above r not to prevent miscarraiges but to have ahealthy pregnancy....therez no such remedy to prevent miscarraiges...dunt worry it wunt happen to uuu...all the very best

RE:Adult breast feeding
I was not breastfeed in my childhood hence the idea of sucking and feeding from a woman's full, engorged breasts has infatuated me. It is a fantasy that drives me wild like nothing else, just the thought of laying my head in a woman's lap while she brings her swollen nipples to my mouth.
