hi raguhi4u
the situation is a little better now i switch off the lights once he sleeps at around 10.30-11.00 then he wakes up after 30mins or so but he is sleepy at that time so i feed him and again he takes a small nap for 10-15 min he finally goes to sleep after taking a feed by 1.30-2.00 during this time he is sleepy so that is ok atleast i dont have to move around in the room .i am hopeful that this will also go in sometime. thanks again

hi,
i got a 14 weeks girl. so let me say my experience , don' t talk or play with him in night , leave him alone so he will get bore and will sleep . Also don' t allow him sleep in morning times just. So if he find its becoming dark and silent and they will automatically goes to sleep soon . That too they have to sleep 15hrs atleast now. Try this and say , since my girl goes to bed at 9p.m . Bath them twice in morning and evening at same time with little warm water its good.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
