I am not sure if it is a routine to do the blood sugar test even in 36th week. This is my 3rd test. In my 28w test, my level was 136 mg and I had to do the 3 hour test in 30w when it was much below the alarm level. But I dont know why I have to do it again. My doc wants to make sure with me coz GD pops up during the 9th month only for some people. Moreover, I am on the heavier side, I dont know if that is the reason for her doubts. Dont worry if you level is very normal. But dont take too many chances either.......Will keep you posted on the results....take care.sharmila Mansi replied.

Thanks a lot. My GT level was 81 and so my doc was very happy. Bcoz of that I too was taking it little easy when I get tempted by a choco cake or ice creams :-) But I promise I will be little more careful now on... as u mentioned its better to be careful than worrying later.
