hi all i just want to know if a brestfeeding mother wants to reduce weight how much she should eat.....how many calories per day???
i want to know the amount of serving too...like in one serving how much quantity of foods comes....am so confused..as i m mother of 5 month old but am not reducing at all i heard that serving per time matters..and whats yours eating habbit is....so can anyone please tell me how to eat ...acc to the healthy food chart and how many serving and how much quantity??...thanks a lot in advance....

It took me quite sometime after BF to start to loose weight. First of all do not diet when you are BF. Once you realise you are not getting enough milk and you would want to stop feeding, you can start litle by little consuming lesser quantities of what you eat right now and also start exercising.

KK hospital i find is the best in singapore also cheap
It depends where u stay actually
If u are on the west coast then KK wont be far else if u stay near jurong there are many hosp for kids there
