Mine started rolling over at 5+ months. And by the end of 6 months, he has started sitting. So, dont try and push your agenda into his/her. In my case I have felt that he just didnt feel enough desire to roll over. One more thing, heavier babies roll over later, and it is said that girls do it faster than boys. So, there are huge variations. In any case, there is nothing to worry as long as your baby is otherwise happy and healthy.

Hi Divya,

You dont have to get upset over this. My daughter turned when she completed 6 months. I too faced this problem. Everyone of my relatives used to comment and still comment on my daughter for not crawling(now she is 10 months). I just take the advise of the paedatrician. My brother' s son started turning around when he completed 3 months but my daughter took 6 months for it. Each baby is unique.
Make sure your baby smiles at you and keep talking to her.
Enjoy your motherhood and dont get depressed over such comments

Regards,
Sandhya

hello jayashree
dont get afraid and dont loose hopes, your son is absolutely fine, and give him the proper tuition and avoid more playing periods of his, and you should teach him at home when you will get free time.... - praglabh [View Message]
