hi vandana,
it is too early to wean. Why don't you express milk and give it to her.
If you have fridge in office then you can express in office. or you can buy pump with storage .
i have started to office when my baby was 2 month old. I express twice a day. I havenot started any formula.

Best of luck
Alka

I think a 3 month old is too young to be given solids. Normally the WHO advise that breastmilk is best till they are six months old but to start cerelac or any cereal at about four months and give only that one tbsp mixed with formula, water or breast milk twice a day. Then they say to introduce mashed fruits, carrots, at 6 months and lastly around 9-12 months give food like dhal, rice etc because by then their tummies are able to digest these foods. I suggest you take the weaning process slowly. If she is taking cerelac then just give that till she is 6 months and continue with either BF or formula. Milk is sufficient enough to satisfy all their nutritional needs upto the age of 6 months.
