Hi,
I too had spotting exactly at 4 weeks. But do u mean 4 wks since ET, or the LMP given by your IVF spl??
If it is latter, you should relax, mostly it is just implantation bleeding. you should be concerned if the discharge is any other color than brown (like old dried blood). you can search for implantation bleeding over net, you' ll get all the information. Also ask your doctor if you need to stop any of the medications. I was asked to stop colsprin/ ASA, and Injection fraxiparine, as they act as blood thinners and may assist spotting.
Rest just take it easy, and think happy thoughts everything will be alright.

Hi,

Congratulations on Your Success!!!!

My MIL is a Homeopathic Practitioner.I have been trying to conceive for 4 yrs and she was desperate too since my hubby is her only son.But after my IUIs she never gave me any medicine.I am sure if there is something she would have given. After my positive I had weekly HCG injections till 3 months.Hope you have started too and when i began spotting she didn' t give me anything. She said that my gyn might give progesterone supplements which my gyn did.I took Susten and duphaston until 3 months. After the progesterone supplements the spotting stopped. But my MIL always adviced me to take it easy after my IUIs.No climbing stairs,no heavy work, resting and not to get anxious.

Do you have any idea to causing this i.e. any mental excitement, intercourse, accident, or anything.

According to cause some homeopathic medicine can prevent any possible abortion i.e. due to excitement Gels may prove helpful

If from over exertion then Erig. and Rhux Tox

Injuries Arnica and Rhus Tox.

And lastly in early time few dose of Apis can help.

Contact your local homeopathic doctor
