hello everyone,

hope u r all settling down with ur little ones.
wanted to know how are u doing with the babies? ananya is a month old now. i wanted to know if any of you have started with powder or packed milk for the baby. I feel breatfeeding is not sufficient for her.
Is it safe to give her outside milk at just one month? Pls guide me....

Hi meghana,
I hope ananya is doing good .About your ? I supplement my daughter aonge brestfeeding.And about finding out sufficient if she is making 5-8 heavy diaper she is good.
And of cource it is safe to supplement them just think there are some mom whole are unfortunatly don't have milk /some choose not to then they supplement them in america more then half the babies are formula feed.
