HI,

I can understand ur problem. Kids frequent waking can be really tough, for working mothers especially.
Try giving her dinner by 7 pm and then bottle milk just before she goes to bed. You can try increasing the qty of each meal maybe a vati full instead of half. when they get sufficient nourishment during the day..they will require less at night. Also try rocking her to sleep when she wakes up early morning before offering BM. More than hunger it is the habit.

Your baby will settle down soon. Dont get stressed out. Learn to sleep when ur baby sleeps. I have also faced similar situations...but by 8 months most babies settle down. Enjoy Motherhood..

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
