Dear Pridu,
Thanks for sharing Suba's result.

I think what's missing is placental biopsy, staining. Also blood culture from baby. This would have helped a lot in knowing what exactly went wrong.

Fetal hypoxia could be due to many reasons, including trivial reasons like excesse stress, overdoing something anything.

If her Drs. suspect an infection then doing biopsy of placenta, staining the same would show presence of infectious agent while histological analysis is done on placenta (major source of nutrients).
Culturing the fetus blood and amniotic fluid would have helped to figure out what type of infection it was. Since her Drs. have not done that can't say more on it.

I am sure that Suba did take care to avoid any possible infection. When she was in India I believe she ate only at home and if I suspect something then it could be water born or milk borne infection. I am not 100% sure about this also.

In my opinion she should try for her baby soon after 2-3 cycles. This is important that she gets occupied her mind. Knowing suba I can guarantee that she will be stressed out on episode for several months. trying next is probably good idea, although sounds crazy. She will get pregnant and soon after that she will have new ray to lead her day. She will be concerned more about exisiting pregnancy not for what she lost. We could remind her time to time even if she gets scared. I would also recommend her in future pregnancy not to take steps on travelling overseas, not saying that may have been a cause but just trying to see what is the maximum we could do for her to make her complete full term.

In case I said something that may affect suba, ask her to forgive me.

Archie
