Sorry for posting it little late but i am not feeling well. Having vomating and nausea all the time. Don;t know what to do.

Anyways my dr. appointment went fine. She saw the heart beat but i was unable to make out. She said u can only hear the heart beats after 16th weeks but she can see ity now and said everything is fine. So far i gained 1/2 pound. Ialso had blood test. Resullts would be there in couple of days. I was not able to ask too much questions to her as she was having throat problem so she was not ablr to speak. So i guess i will call her up in couple of days to clarify all the questions

Good luck to all of u who have their appointment's coming. I know its really hard to pass time but it will go. And keep us all posted howe it went.

Was waiting for ur message..good to know u are fine..don't keep ur tummy empty. eat triscuits..have to develop taste but fills u up.

no biscuits

as far as possible avoid outside food stuff. U should have plenty of raw fruits and vegetables only. Avoid bisuits and other food readily available in the market. It is not good for the baby. They have empty calories. no nutrition.

Hi Kena,

Yes I am in USA and my doc showed me the baby and heart beat of the baby. Probably in India, they might not show this at earlier stage. You can find out from your Doc also.

Thanks anu for ur reply. Its nice that inspite of staying in diff countries we have something in common which makes us friends....

My next appt. with my doc is on 1st april. I will find out regarding baby's heartbeat. Tell me how do u all manage there in a foreign place all alone? r ur parents or inlaws there with u? whom do u go to for advice? Like here in india i have the whole gang of relatives giving me tips and advice...

Doc Appointment

I visited my Doc today after waiting for one month. She said I am 9 weeks now and gave my due date as Oct 22nd. She also did Ultra sound and I was able to see the baby's heart beat. Me and my husbad were very much exited to see the little one. It is so small but we could make out the heart beat.

I am feeling nausea too. But not vomitting. I can understand your situation. Don't worry it will become better in the next month.

How come u people got to see the heartbeats of the baby? I am in my 11th week i had my sonography in my 9th week. But i just got to see the baby...no heartbeats or anything...are u gals in USA? Coz i am in india.
