i have 13 months girl baby , she is really a fuzzy girl, she neither drinks cowsmilk,nor eats rice,raggi cere, fruit juice,nothing she takes ..she is fully dependent on breastfeeding .. she doed not like sweet also. got fully confused.everyone says to stop brestfeeding so that she will start eating solid food stuffs.
Really i need a help pls give me a suggest wat to do and give a shedule 13 month baby pls

my daughter height is 74cms and weight is 8.5 kg, she was 3.04 kg when borned.
doctor says she will eat by her self give her a food in plate and place in front her,she plays with it and eat about half a spoon and finalyy lives the place.
so now let me try u r suggestions thank u
vanitha Hetal replied. try these and see if helps:
1. try reducing your feeds and replace with cows milk. see if it works. you can alterntly use 12-36months formula that comes in US or many other countries, that is for toddlers above 12months.
2. ask your dr about pediasure or any other milk replacement or ne other alternatives to cows milk...if cows milk is totally rejected by your child..aftr all she has to learn to drink outside milk.
3. addng cardamom,cinnamon, and such flavours oftn makes it easy for toddlers to accept cws milk.
4. offerng cows milk in diff temperatures might change her pref and she might like it if given warm or lukewarm or cool(not cold or chilled),,or abit warmer thn normal lukewarm !! see if it makes her accept it.
5..the 3rd degree treatment,,stop bf, by being absent during the feeds and ask someone/elders at home//husband/ne friend or your caregiver to offer her milk,,,when in hunger,,no way she has to accept it !! try that at night too !
6. during nights, esp,,try reducng the feeds ,,see if offerng water at night helps her in gettng back to sleep...other tips on weaning etc,,arre nicely shared by many members,,you can go thru it :

offerng her sippy is also a good start at 13months and many babies njoyd colourful sippy cups with all those funny charactrs and it made thr cows milk accpetnce easierr,,see if something like that works on your baby,,sometimes its just the appearance that matters:

good luck to you,, nvi replied. hi if ur baby's ped iz fine with her weight n health u dunt want to worry..ask ur query abt weaning her frm bf...if her ped said ok u can wean right now ...make her somehow to drink cow's milk..if she dunt like cow's milk try formula..some babies drinks formula but dunt like cow's milk..but some opposite to i...best of luck
