Hi everyone. Have been shopping for baby stuff over the weekend. The one thing I'm most confused about is a diaper bag. Has anyone bought one yet?What all features should we look for in a bag and what brand and price range? Since this is something we are going to be carrying around for at least 2-3 years I want to make sure I buy the right one.

I believe Toys R' Us has some cute bags, especially the Eddie Bower one. Check it out.

Like Avi said, I would look for lot of compartments, big and small, and should be strappable to the stroller.

Vindhya Avi replied. Hey Vandana, I haven't done any shopping yet but I heard Avent is a good brand name when it comes to baby essentials and for diaper bags too..

What I would look for is a spacious bag which enough compartments for bottles, diapers, baby food(if you are going to use it for the next couple of years)and all other essentials..Also, getting a bag that has a water-resistant, easily cleanable interior would be good...
Moreover, it should be hip enough for mommy and daddy to carry..... :)
