This Sunday my in-laws are joining us for dinner at my home. They are pure vegetarians. I don' t have much idea about good vegetarian food. You know how important it is to impress one' s in-laws, especially mother-in-law. Can anyone suggest good, tasty vegetarian dishes? Please help me with really delicious ones. I will be greatly obliged to you.

Suhaas, I am there to help you with some really good, tasty yet simple Veg Chinese recipes. Sweet' n sour tomato soup with dry noodles and veg spring roll shall do good starters. For the main course Veg Chinese Chopsey or Veg Hakka noodles, Veg Chinese Fried-rice, Paneer manchurian, Chilli-Gobi dry are good tasty options. Dessert of your choice. Hope you will enjoy it.

Suhaas, don' t you worry, we are always there at your service. For delicious vegetarian dishes there are, healthy sweet-corn veg soup and gobi pakora for starters. Aloo paratha, veg pulao, dum-aloo, palak-paneer and veg-boondi-raita for the main course. Fruits with srikand as topping for dessert. For the recipe of these you may kindly refer the various recipe websites. Wish you all the best!
