My mother-in-law insists me to drink milk with desi Ghee and eat desi egg .... she says in that way u can produce more milk for your baby

Is that true???? and after 36 weeks all our old women insist us to eat the sweet which made up with Desi ghee and after delivery they tell us to eat those things too..... they say in that way u have strong backache and no pain will be occur after delviery

avni replied. what preparations i do before delivery and what kind of shopping i do for me and my baby that will be useful in hospital & at home vrushali replied. i do agree that desi ghee is good for pregnant women and after delivery also but the scientific reason acc to me is it acts as a lubricative ,most women face constipation problem before and after delivery so all the food and the stuff that we r generally stuffed is with 100% desi ghee ,its good but in a limited qty,dink in marathi and methi in any form fennel seeds is a very good form of medicine for the backache problem believe me it has helped me in my first delevery,and i 'll do it again this time ,u take care,but pls do not drink excess qty of this ghee product as it acts in increasing weight a lot in the long run which is diff to reduce ..
