Garlic+rice gruel.Girls cld u pls help me out with recipes for these 2 as I have never heard of them.
My milk too is dwindling and i wanted to try home remedies first!

Yes, you could opt out on almonds and go for the rest. Dink is edible gum. You get small pieces of DRIED dates in the supermarket, you could probably do by just cutting them into still smaller pieces. (I roasted them in a pan and cooled it before proceeding. I wasn't too successful at powdering them). Ginger powder is available in the supermarket, in the section where you find all the dried herbs.

Below is milk + garlic recipe.

Take a whole garlic (not just a single clove).
Peel and grate/slice them very finely.
Add enough milk to submerge the garlic and a little more.
Heat it over low flame till the milk reduces.
Remove it off the flame and mash the mixture very finely.
Add jaggery acc to taste.
Add a spoonful of ghee and heat the mixture again till it thickens like a paste.

- Use methi (seeds or leaves or even dried leaves) in practically all foods you eat. You could put a handful in your curries or sabjis.

- Pumping can also boost supply.

- Here's the recipe for methi ladoo

Methi seeds : 125gms :
Dry roast. Cool. Then powder.
Soak the powder in ghee for 3days.

Dried Dates : Handful
Almonds : Handful
Dry roast and powder.

Dink (gondh) (optional) : 100 gms
fry in ghee.

Rava : 1/2 cup : dry roast

Wheat Flour : 2 cups : roast in ghee

Dried coconut : Handful : dry roast

Sugar Powder : 2 cups

Khus Khus (Poppy Seeds) : 100 gms : dry roast

Dried ginger powder (optional) : 2 tsp.

Put all the above ingredients in plate and shape into ladoos.

Note: You will need lots of ghee to shape them into balls. I am not a great fan of ghee so would have a spoon or two of the powder (prepared using the above method) followed by a cup of milk.
All the goodies without the fat calories from ghee! :) I live in the US and could not find dink here. Nevertheless it turns out well.

I do not know of garlic + rice. I know of garlic + milk, let me know if you need recipe for it.

my baby may be having some food allergies so iam rt now off peanuts&so the other nuts too.I guess i will just try to make with the rem ingredients.What is dink iam in the US too.By the way how did u manage to dry roast&powder dates?Where do u get ginger pwdr?I read in of the posts here that rice,garlic+milk gruel don't know what it is/anway tell me the milk&garlic recipe if it helps boost milk supply.
