How was you appointment with the midwife? Did she perform any scan? Let me know your update. Kindly share if she has suggested any specific Do' s and ont' s with you or given some medications. My appointment was very good.Midwife suggested me to have sweet corns.these are very good in proteins.She told that since 12 week itself the little one starts growing very fast and since his/her brain is developing so we need to have high protein diet.I got begs of books including pregnency books and pregnancy guides and a vey good book' Screening tests for you and your baby' Here in UK they don' t prefer any medication and you will be happy to know that here rate of normal deliveries is 86%.These books are very helpful.As soon as I get any important information I will post it on this board.
