don't worry at all shikha.. I didn't read the article but looked at it.. they are talking about \";perfect\"; pregnancy.. now who avoid caff or junck food or many things they say.. I know microwave is not that good and I said that before even hwen Ck's docsaid its ok.. u know its not that bad and even knowing this I still stand in front of it cuz I hardly remember to stand on side still its right behind me or im doing somethig infront of it..

so don't feel bad.. its ok..

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
