I delivered on 20th feb. My bottoms are still paining and I need to take pain reliever. Do u all still have pain. What r u taking to releive it. I had 1st level normal delivery. My guess was that it would go away in 2 wks. But its still there.

I want to ge back to normal as soon as possible so that I can do little of the routine things in kitchen.

It will take one month to 6 weeks to totally get rid of delivery pain(just with pain killer). In India they give healing application medicines which will help the pain go off in 2 weeks. Listen to ur body and take enough rest.

Hi,

I delivered in July 2004 and for me it took 6 weeks to recover and i was taking pain medicines .

You try to rest maxium for fast recovery. try to be on bed for max time . Just take care of ur baby and do nothing else. This was u can recover faster.

KK hospital i find is the best in singapore also cheap
It depends where u stay actually
If u are on the west coast then KK wont be far else if u stay near jurong there are many hosp for kids there
