am 17yrs old. i have lots of hair fall. it started due to dandruff. i tried many things but didn't work. then someone told about using fenugreek seeds paste & my dandruff has almost gone, but my hair fall has not stopped. plz tell me some home remedies to stop hair fall. i have read about biotin. what is it & should i take it?
