I feel very jealous when someone(man) I works with jokes with other women. I also be jealous when boss jokes with colleague but I do not feel jealous of other people in office joking with one another. Could you please tell me why is this? Maybe insecurity? How to combat jealousy?

I dont know the exact solution for your problem, but telling you very frankly, you are really a very good person by heart. See lot of people have jealousies but they dont want to control that, they live in that and do harm to others.

If some collegue or friend or even your sibling gets more attention or praise or something like that then there can be two types of feelings inside you:
1. You think that \";see how this person is rising and i am not, I dont want him to rise\";

2. Second is \";see how this person is rising but why cant I rise that much\";

Understand the subtle difference. Probably you are the second type since you are looking for solutions to combat jealousy. You dont want to do any harm to others but at the same time want to rise to their stature. right?

As far as combating such feelings is concerned, I think trying to be optimistic and gaining self confidence would help. You are living in some soft of inferiority complex, which leads to insecurity as you said. I give you some points which you can try:

1. If other person praises your collegue, you are praise him with open heart. Learn to praise others without thinking anything negative.
2. Accept and acknowledge other if they are doing better than you.
3. But at the same time dont think low of yourself.
4. Take responsibility of some tasks which you feel are difficult, that will give you confidence
5. Learn to listen to critism and still be happy.

And about some man cracking jokes with a girl, I dont have exact solution because men as such are attracted towards beautiful girls. Most men are like that only. but beauty is something that is god given. May be others in this group can give their opinion about that.
But one thing I can tell you is not to make such things as conditions to live a happy life. Just feel good about yourself and see good things come by your way.
