Hi Archie,

I was having contraction from last night at the irrgular basis and i am 3cm dialated and 80% efface.I lost my mucus plug today itself.now my contractions are stoped or sometime once in a hour i feel.So it was false labor.
My question is how can i increase my contraction now?I am walking also.
My Dr.has planned to induced on wednesday.
My water bag has not reptured yet.Can i do anything to increase my labor and progress.
Thanks in advance but eagrly waiting ur reply.
What should i do at this stage.

It's good news and most likely things will work for you naturally.

Walk and ghee, if possible have intercourse in comfortable manner.

Keep hydrated and drink black tea, no milk no sugar.
