i have been taking prenatals for almost a month now. But once i take it after 45 minns i get these chemical tasting burps for the next 15 mins which makes me want to vomit...and most of the time i do..instructions trellme to take it 1 hr before a meal or 2 hrs after....i take it b4 as ohterwise i bring out everything i ate....this is getting very irritating as this goes on everyday and i have to continue until a month after the baby is born...i am very tired of this and want to know if anyone else has this experience...i'm sure thta but for the prenatals i dont vomit in the evenings...can someone suggest something? i am thinking of speaking to my doc to try another prenatal. just too confused now. jassie replied. hi friend,
I had a same problem like yours.... but my sister in law advice me to take medicine at night time before going to the bed ... and that reallly works out now i don't have that problem.. so you can also try this... Jichi replied. Yes. sometime the prenatals which has iron content will make us to vomit. If u had nausea or vomitting before taking the prenatals, u have to inform ur doctor about that. she will give tablets accordingly. for me, nausea and voimiting prevails, she gave some prenatals, which will not cause those sensations and adviced me to try some other prenatals after my nausea and vomitting gets over.
