hey all
iam from chennai..iam 23 years old diagnised with pcos 10 years ago..i had spend my teenage like a hell with pcos symptoms...iam already very frustated ...now my parents are planning for a marriage....i want to know whether i should tel that guy about this pcos symptoms now or to leave it as many girls are having irregular periods...plz tel me.....

i have no idea whether you got married or not.your age is very young.dont get worried,what is the treatment u have taken untill know?pcos the common symptom is overweight and improper functioning of insulin levels .as far as i know the only best solution is reduction of weight.as per knowledge weight reduction would reduce 80%of pcos problems.if uare not married even know, i feel that it is better to inform the person before hand. ihave one more suggestion for u try information regarding omega-3 i hope it would help u.but go with very good quality omega -3,it would help for ur insulin problems and depression.
let me know what is ur present state.dont worry .
