If you are planning to get pregnant you must make sure that you menstruate regularly so that you get pregnant easily. Weight is also an important factor for regular menstruation. If you are overweight you may not get your periods regularly therefore, focus on weight loss in order to get menses regularly.

Hi Anuja, I agree with you. Regular menstruation is very important for getting pregnant. One may find difficult to get pregnant if she does not menstruate regularly. Even doctors suggest women who are overweight to lose weight in order to get pregnant easily.
