did anyone had her internal checkup in the ninth month?
wat does it refer to and wat does it include? I mean wat procedures are carried out by the doctor in internal examination?
Wat is the meaning of pelvic checkup?
How do the doctor carry it out? Is any machine inserted into the body or wat?
Please tell, as my doctor will carry out this eaxamination this week and I' m worried wheteher it will pain or not.

Hi manya
dont worry too much about internal exam' n.it is needed in most of the cases esp if due date is nearing ,the reason being yr Gynec wants to check whether ur cervix has dilated, if yes hw much and also if the head of the baby is engaged or is it a breach baby.based on all these facts she will tell u if u will hv a normal delivery or a c-section is needed.also wheter u r very much near delivery and admission if needed.
the gynae usually puts her 2 fingers and it will only coz a li' ll discomfort not pain.u just distract ur mind (if the doc doesnt do it) by looking at something in the room or thinking abt ur cute baby.it will not take more than 1-2 mins .just relax.
