I am 39 weeks in my pregnancy and due on 12th sept....from today morning i notice some brownish discharge....though its not heavy but i have noticed it if i wipe clean my vaginal area...so what doea it mean?? Last monday i had my regular weekly check up and doc said the baby is in head down position and sincce I was not very comfortable in the internal exam she had to stop in between, so she was not 100 sure if the xervix had dilated...she said that she felt it had not yet dilated.
