Health Concerns:Morning Sickness

Hi everyone,
I have some nausea every morning, and it takes me more than 2 or 3 hours to get over it and be able to eat something. However, I manage to drink some milk in between, though it is difficult. Also, it is unthinkable for me to get into the kitchen to cook during that time. I hate bread toast and cereal. Can anybody suggest any alternative to this?

Dear Ranmag,
Congratulations on your pregnancy. A friendly suggestion would be to join December due date club, to benefit more from other's experience.

While morning sickness, it's game to find what's suitable for your body. The food that does not cause nausea should be eaten.
Try to eat mini meals, not a large meal like usual.
Drink non-fat milk
eat small snacks
never leave stomach empty
Drink water or fruit juice at least 8 glassed a day.
If you want and live in US then eat TUMS, talk to your Dr. about this.

Hopefully at the end of first trimester you will start feeling better, this is hormonal.

Archie

Hi Archie,
Thank you very much for your reply. My problem is that I hate to eat anything while I am having nausea. I definitely drink a lot of water. Thanks once again for your reply.
