Sleeping: baby not sleeps without traditional ind. cradle.

i have avery preety 7 months old baby girl. when she born i never wanted to put her ina traditional cradle, but she was not sleeping well so we just tried it out & she sleeps well in it. but now she is of 7 months & now i & my husband wants to make her to sleep in the crib. very soon we r planning to travel to india from curacao. so it will be relly difficult for us to travel for 24 hours with baby & without cradel.
If anybody has any good ideas plz. tell me. before i go to india i really want she start to sleep without the cradel.

Dear Meghana,

Immediately after bath put your baby directly in the crib/Bed..baby will immediately dose off 2 sleep...put some clourful pillows around..the baby will look at that and drowse off..also in the night rock the baby to sleep in the cradle and when asleep put the baby back 2 crib/cradle..inbetween if wakes up feed and put in the same place...i tried this with my son and within 15 days he has managed 2 sleep without cradle...
