Hey Sanya,

About Vitamins, these gals in USA are taking some tabs. Have your doc also prescribed the same?? Am asking this because practice in the USA and out here are bit different. So just wondering if this is common for both of us here in Delhi.

Oh, I don't take more than 1 tsp per day. Just with this Mother Horlicks and before sleeping. Honey is good at a bed time.

I am taking Shelcal calcium and vitamin D3 tablets and Fefol-Z iron capsules. And u?
Doc also asked me to take Mother Horlicks every day. I hate it but I take it:(

Yeah... I got both the shots. One in this visit and one in previous visit. Don't ask about pain as I am so scared of these injections now that even a thought of it gives me scare. Actually, this is just like a normal tetnus injection and does not hurt very much. I got pain as I am still having pains of injections that I had during my first pregnancy... don't ask in detail about. Anyway, it shouldn't be that painful.

oh haan... forgot to discuss about honey. Keep your honey intake in moderate as it generates heat. In summers you should avoid as much as possible.

I have found one way to take this Mother Horlicks so that it is tasty - I first mix powder with honey to a fine paste and then add milk. This way I am managing to take it:)

By the way I wanted to ask you about this tetanus shots beacuse u mentioned somewhere that you have already started it. My doc told me she will send me for this after my next appointment on Aug 18. I have heard it is quite a painful shot? My friend advised me to take it in the standing position and not in the lying down position, she said this way it is less painful. What do you say?

I am taking Trucal.. this has Vit D3 &L-lysine monohydrochloride and Iron tab Hbfast. My doc has not prescribed any powder to be added in Milk but am trying to take normal horlicks with Elaichi flavour. I like it much.

Do one thing if you do not like Mothers horlicks you may try Pro PL Vanilla flavour, this tastes yummy....

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
