Hi gals,
Well it is my opinion not to eat maggie....as a matter of fact v r not suppose to eat any such pre packed food. Only and only fresh veggies and fruits. Stuffs like maggie and all have lots of chemicals added to them to preserve them....they could be harmful...y take risk...after all it is a question of a tiny baby's life within us. Lets not take any chances.

Hi
Interestingly even my husband has been telling me from the beginning not to have Maggie. I even tried to eat one day but I have no taste for it these days. The only thing I feel about Maggie is that its high in Sodium, same with any processed or canned food. Its definitely not advisible to eat daily. Maybe have once a week or so, that should be ok I guess.
I too have very bad morning sickness I am in my 10th week, maybe it will vanish slowly, hope so.

I don't see what can be so bad in eating Maggi. However Maggi does not have any nutrition in it unless you cook it some vegtables. I personally I it without vegtebles. For me at this time, I did not think if eating Maggi since I am not handling spicy food very well. But there shoudl not be anything to worry about.
