I am using playtex nurser. Is the nipple size correct. I am using the one that came with the bottle. I make a 2 ounce feed for my son. He drinks the first ounce without spitting and then he starts spitting up the rest of the milk instead of gulping. So is the nipple size correct. I do not know whether he is full, coz 15 minutes later he drinks my breast milk also quite comfortably. I am very confused.
