Due Date Club December 2004:Problems

I hv the following problems.

1. I hv mild lower abdomen stretch pains sometimes.
2. I get mild backaches, need some pillow for my back while sitting.

Pls. let me know if this is common at 23rd week. What I can do to reduce this.

I sleep most of the time on my left side, I feel scared to sleep on my right side since I stay on the same side for couple of hours in the night. I feel as if I don't feel baby movements if I sleep on right, etc, etc. May be sleeping on one side throught the night gives me the back pain. Is it okay to sleep on right side for couple of hours?

its ok to sleep on ur sides whether its right aur left u can change ur sides accordingly ..position changing is even good....but try not to sleep on back...rest is ok ..and try to take a warm shower aur light massage before sleep and a warm glass of milk...that will relax u.......

It's ok to sleep on your right. As for back pain use the back support pillow. This really did help me with my 2nd one. B/C you are getting the lower back pain the way baby position may be. Once the baby move it will feel better.

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
