Due Date Club August 2003:Leg Cramps

Hi all Mom-to-be,

How are you all doing? Suddenly I see a big silence in our August Mommies boards. No response/messages to any topic for a while. Let's break this Ladies....

Anyway, I am in my 24th week right now and I got this leg cramps at night twice this week. Last month also I got once but it wasn't that painful. But this time, when it came it woke me up from my sleep. Didn't get any better even after I doing some streching and massaging on my leg. Did anyone of you experience this? What is the best way to get a cure from this pain? Let's share what we think/do about this.

leg cramps r common in pregnancy i suppose its my 2nd pregn and i am having cramps in night especially when i strech a lot in my sleep i had the similar problem with my 1st one too,i think the best way is to relax and not move the leg in any angle..

Thanks Bobby. That's what I am doing these days after reading it from net. Also, I read that we should take more calcium too. Thanks once again.
