hope u all are doing fine with ur new kiddies.well am finding little time to spend with the computer.

can any of u pl advice me on what all precautions i have to take after a c section?when should i start doing exercises?do any one have any link to exercises that i have to do?

Don't carry any weight.
Don't bend.
Don't sit on the floor.
Don't widen your leg even if you are sitting in the
chair.
Avoid ghee, spices in your food.
Take lot of Moong dhal - green as well as yellow.
garlic, Jeera & methi.
You should not squat for 3 months.

Wear an tight abdominal binder - u've to wear this in
a way that the stitches will be inside the binder, i.e
bind it from your tummy to vagina- this will help you
to reduce your pain.... And the loose tummy will go
inside. Don't buy a hard binder, try to buy an elastic
binder, I got this from mother and baby shop, mumbai -
throu' bazzee.

Whenever taking bath apply Betadine ointment in the
incision area and then take bath. Don't use hot/cold
water for taking bath. Use warm water.


Do abdomen breathing excercise regulary (I hope ur dr.
told this)
