Hi Everyone
I am 10 weeks pregnant and have a lot of nausea, however i dont throwup as much. I dont live in India :( so can anyone give me any home remedies for helping me get through till my 12-13 weeks or until the nausea gets better???? :(

Also i'm sure everyone is familiar with the bad smells we all get during this time. uuhhhh !!!

Hi Praneet..

To start with, eat a Marie biscuit or any another whole wheat biscuit first thing in the morning while u're still in bed.
Also, make sure u help urself to a biscuit once every 60-90 mins... DO NOT stay hungry for long durations ever..
This would take care of your nausea for good!

Hope the nausea will subside in few weeks for you. Have a bottle of line juice n some pickle handy with you. It helps.

This is the first time i've heard about this but i'll try it! I'm in my 11th week now so its getting a lot better than before, but i still have that feeling every now and then. I will try this thing today. I'll let u know how it went.

Hi Praneet,

How are you now?
Did u try?

You can do one more thing.
Fry little rice without oil in a tava.
After it cools, powder it in mixie.
Then heat it with milk. Add salt acc to taste. Drink this with any pickle.
You feel good with this.
