Hi girls,

Since one month, I am feeling hungry every two hours. But, when I put the food near the mouth to eat, I am feeling nauseated and not able to eat anything. It's been 3weeks since i properly had lunch or dinner. All I can have is just water and milk. How do i cope up with this?

I am dying of hunger. Can you please suggest few simple recipes to cope up this hunger:(
soni replied. first three month are always crazy.But my suggenstion to you is if you don't eat you will be more nauseated .What you should do is eat 5/6 small meals and do little walk after that believe me i know this is my second round and its tuff the second time with kid around you with demand .And i don't know where are you from if you are in US you know you can drink ginger ale and you can get this ginger aurvedic medicine from this motherhood store that helps .And ya don't worry to much with a ginger word its a myth it will help then doing wrong get this thing is available .And take it easy try this will help you believe me 5-6 small meal and if you want cracker

poppins replied. I have the same problem and my doctor suggested me to have butter milk or yogurt at least 4-5 times a day. I soon started liking it. She also said that this is quiet common in the first 3 months for some ladies.
