Hi,

We all are in our third trim now and I heard its better to start doing some sort of exercises now on if you were not active during your pregnancy.

Exercises I heard as good & safe to do at this stage are:
1) Walking (15-20 mnts a day)
2) Kegel (set of 10 - 3 times a day)
3) Squatting (as much as u can)
4) Yoga stretchings
5) Relaxation in the side-lying position

Listen to your body when you do any sort of exercise. Pls do share your exercise ideas too.
