hi guys,
i have some doubts related to my hair.well earlier i used to have silky and thik hair.but from few days my hair started falling and its thickness has reduced a lot,i am worried basically in our family everybody has thick long hair its only me who is suffering with this problem.i started applying shehnaaz hussain's shatone scalp t5onic regularly.is it good? can u tell me .and recently my parlour girl gave me a herbal shampoo which cosis of reetha ,sheekakai and little amount of beer is it good for my hair.tell me wat to do .plzz help me i am really worried .i dont even have much of dandruff problem,are their any chances to get back my hair.plzz help me sia replied. hi vijay thanks 4 ur advice ,and iam following ur tip.well can u tell me wether this herbal shampoo which is made of beer and reetha good or not. vijay replied. hai sister

first u check whether u have protein scarcity
change ur oil i mean use bajaj almond oil and use pantene shampoo

take protein content foods like if u non veg take fish,veg means take butter and drink more tender coconut and butter milk
