Hi Sonia. I don’t think it matters much what type of planting pots you use as they all seem to grow plants. As per convenience you can use plastic pots outside the house so that they don’t break. And using pretty but breakable clay pots inside the house will keep be a better choice provided you don’t have any young kids.... - Pooja [View Message]

Hey Sonia! Whoever told you that using the right type of pots facilitates growth is correct. The clay pots are porous in nature. They allow air to pass freely and allow the roots to breathe freely and also help in providing moisture to the roots, which gets distributed evenly to various parts of the plants. To prevent your nails from getting dirt, why don’t you use gloves? There are plastic gloves that come in the market. You could use them. You know even hair dressers use them when they dye hair. You could use those kinds too. Hope this helps…... - Saurabh [View Message]
