here is good trick for drinking milk for those who find its taste repelling and others too ...
what i do is ...i take 2 small apples ,1 banana,4 strawberries,3 spoons of sugar and 1 1/2 glass of milk (other fruits excluding citurs family of fruits can also be added ) chop everything in small pieces and blend it in a blender , ur milkshake is ready and by drinking it u ahave taken ur fruits and milk for the day without a fight ....give it a try ...this makes more than one glass ....u can decrease the quantity so as to make it for one person ....

Note : Taking 2-3 threads of kesar in milk everyday will make ur baby fair and its skin very good .

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
