Hi all. all the best for all.

i am 8 month pregnent. for last one month i am having pain in my right hand.i usually get this pain after get up in the morning.

this pain is very high and even i cant brush my teeth by right hand.

I usually sleep only on my sides, with pillow on my shoulders. even this is not reduced my pain.
i still live with my pain only, daily morning.

Please any one help me to get out of this?

In pregnancy (and also otherwise too)sometimes we may have a problem called Carpel tunnel Syndrome, where due to the compression of the nerves in the wrist area, there is a lot of pain in the hands. It also happens to people who do a lot of typing job like in computer etc. It is also common in pregnancy (try to search in google).. may be due to presure of the growing uterus your nerve is getting compressed and that is causing pain. I too had it when I was 3-4 months pregnant and it got away on its own. But it wasnt as sever as yours but extremely uncomfortable and sometimes felt numb too.
