I had such a bad craving for some of those greasy potato chips today, I ate a whole (BIG) bag of them..and french fries too...... and I feel like dirt right now for doing it :(

It's not like I need to put on any more weight than I have already put on........why did I have to do it?????????

Hi Avi,

I've been eating ice cream a lot, drinking tea/coffee occassionally, eating sweets & oily food, you name any junk item, I've eaten that without feeling guilty.

As far as potato chips are concerned(as long as it is a small bag), I don't see any harm in that. Infact my doctor had asked me to eat them when I was sick before. But, I would refrain from eating those fries. They just add up too many extra calories, I don't think we need those, do we (Look who's talking)?

Hey Simmi, thanks for the reassuring words..
and good to know, I am not the odd one out.. :)
HOpefully, like you said, I will be able to burn all this extra fat off me in a few months......cant wait...I am actually getting tired of eating.. :)

Hi Avi. Me too have had these cravings for choclates, and greasy food. The baby is adding fat on so obviously we will have some added too. Don't worry, they say fat does burn off soon after ur first baby so you will have a hectic time burning it off looking after the baby.
Surely exercise but don't feel guilty this is the only time we can actually enjoy food without worrying too much. U r within limits of weight gain so do indulge urself occassionally without feeling bad. Enjoy....

It sure is frustrating to lose control like I have in the past few weeks...
I never liked anything that had any potato in it and so i am just flabergasted at my binging...
Same with sugar..

Well, I guess I will have to work out today and try to burn off the extra calories I managed to consume....
:(
