HI THERE,
i m pregnant since 10 days,i feel like vomiting but it dosent happpend & i also dont like to eat anything,since its my first ever pregnancy ,i just dont know what to do?

hi pooja!
congrats! im 7 weeks pregnant too n alone with my husband in US...so really im also missing all the support n help from family back home.i also experienced nausea n still do.what i do is that i keep eating something cool n fresh after short time intervals...like fresh fruits or youghurt or fruit juice or anything u feel like.hunger gives rise to nausea.even before getting up in the morning eat something n u wudnt fell the nausea.stay away frm fried stuff.well,im speaking from my experience..hope it helps u.ciao
