Name: Working Mom Hi everyone,
Would like to get some tips on choosing a correct well fitted bra. I know wearing a good innerwear is really important and that raises your self confidence..etc. But need help in HOW...

Also, I have a situation where I feel really embrassed. I work in USA and mostly wear Jeans with good t-shirt. What happens is, sometimes when see myself on the mirror I see the light trace of nipples showing up over the shirt. Not only for me I have seen this problem with some other girls too. Question: How to avoid this? Please share any tips you have.........

I know how u feel, I am also working in USA(california) and was never happy with it.

we spend tons of money on dresses but never spend like good $25 dollars on a Bra, I found a solution for this,Please visit www(dot)Qvc(dot)com and in search box enter Breezies and u can see many products these are excellent very soft yet firm....Holds on and gives u the shape u wish for.

THis are super comfortable and holds and have good features also,when u visit the site u will know all about the product.

hey working mom,
the best way to choose a well fiting bra is to walk into a lingirie shop and try on styles which suit ur breast type.
1.small breasts- padded bras
2.large breasts- underwire bras
3.medium sized-underwire and padded bras

to avoid nipples showing thru buy bras made of a thicker material and buy unseamed bras
