your body is right now going thru what we call pst delivery depression,,it happens to moms with spontaneous vaginal delivery; induced vaginal delivery; instrumental vaginal delivery; or, emergency caesarean section or delivvery after a long labour hours,,on or before the due date...
all this explains that you are badly tired and due to which your body needs to settle and take rest.this goes on until 4-6 weeks of delivery,,and depending on your body recovery...you can talk to your dr, and he might give you some supplemnts to recover better,,if at he feels the need..this will give you some additional support to taka rest..
also if you have someone who can help you, ask that person to give you a gentle massage on your feet and back,,just a lil rub,,it will make you feel better and take a good warm water bath,,you will feel relaxed..
why m concentratng here on relaxing you is because right now i only see one reason that is causing your body to prduce less bm is you are stressed and tired..a tired and stressed body is not able to produce well..you have to understand that,,your baby latched well, and you didnt face the prob at that time,,its because just after the delivery you were in hospital and you were taken care of by everyone htere,,and in first 48 hours,body goes thru what we call as excitment stage,,where a mother body is excited about the new baby and surprising is very relaxed just after the delivery,, but after coming home, all hardwork that mother body had to do,,shows its real colours,,,,,and this is phase that will pass on,,
by then, relax yourself, eat healthy diet,dont overdo ne diet,,
now about cracked nipples,,putting cold cabbage leaves, heals better,,and so does ne frozen packs,,also applying your own bm after the feed,,by squeezing the nipple a bit,,and applying the bm all over your breast is the best to cure the sore,cracked nipples..
because you are tired, stressed,,,your body is not producing good and your baby is trying to suck hard and hard to get some feeds,,,so stay relaxed mentally,,forget about everything as of now,,dont let your mind get into the loops of worries,,mental stress relief is also necesry for good milk production,,nd, yees keep feeding even though sore nipples,,i know its hard,,but the more baby will suck, the more your supply will go up,,but yes you have to remain stress free and relaxd,,,after 2 weeks if still you are feeling that your baby is not getng enough from you,which will be seen in your baby weight,,your dr will tell you what to do,,may be some tablets that might give a good milk prduction or formula,,,
