Due Date Club November 2007:Always listen to your doc
2007-05-21
Name: Vindita

During my 2nd Month, i had a subchorionic bleed for which i was hospitalised for 2 days. On discharge I was advised complete bedrest for the next 15 days. It was scary but i was hopeful all the time, was sure nothing wrong would happen & nothing did. Am happily in my 14th week now thanks for my doc.

This happened bcos i was unable to decide on a particular gynaecologist on confirmation of the pregnancy. The doctor I had visited had told me to take susten, which I read on a particular site, could cause harm. So i didnt go to her & decided on another doc. & all the wrong befell me. Susten was just the tab for me & had i taken it, this wouldnt have happened.

I am sharing this with the other ladies so that they dont read something wrong somewhere & not believe thier doc.

Anyone with similar experience or weirder, please come up & share with the rest.

Domperidone
There is a medicine for this condition. If your child is spitting up BF as well as lactogen, then Farex would not be the solution. There is a medicine which contains Domperidone made exclusively for babies which effectively treats this condition. Ask your doctor and then if he gives the go ahead, you can try this medicine. ... - Mel [View Message]
