Hi all,
How do you calculate the first trimester?? At some sites they take your lmp weeks, at some gestational weeks?? So 12 weeks from the lmp or 14 weeks from lmp??

Please help...

Thanks
Poochy

technically, when you finish 13 weeks from your LMP you have completed first trimester. in the 14th week you get into second trimester.

12 weeks is incorrect.

however this things hardly matters because each baby growth rate is different and neither this calculation really pinpoint exact labor. It only estimates 40 weeks of gestation including from LMP and estimate labor date which can be 2 weeks +/-.
