Hi

I had my doctor's appointment today. Since 2 days i was having very intense BHC and also back ache. But everything is normal. My cervix has not open yet, which was a relief. But my blood sugar seems to be very high so my doctor has asked me to stop my carb intake. No rice, no bread no sugar!! So i dont know what to eat.

The baby is doing fine. My itching is also gone.

I'm trying to get my mother towards the end of november. I still have to pack my hospital bag and do some last minute shopping.

Love to you and all you li'l ones.

Hi Soni,

Thanks for your reply. I'm seeing my dr every week now. Sorry to hear your baby kicks you in the ribs. Mine kicks me in the lower abdomen, i guess somewhere around my bladder, which does wake me up in the middle of the night.

Take Care,
poochy

Thank God the cervix is not open, we still have a month to go. If u remember we both share the same EDD Dec 16th.

Keep a chk on ur blood sugar. As for me I am diagonised with GD from my 29th week, so I am carefully choosing my carbs. The key is to match your carbs with the protein. As I am a vegetarian it is difficult for me so with carbs I am loading myself with veg sources of protein (milk, cheese, nutrela) Thankfully I have my readings in control just by watching my diet & exercise (no need of insulin) Dont worry just watch ur diet and exercise u will be fine.

Good that ur itching is gone. Just some more days once ur mom is here u will feel safe.

My in-laws are coming this month end. I am yet to pack my hospital bag and there is some more shopping to be done for the baby. Want to be ready by Dec 1st week.

Love to u and ur baby,
Leo

Hi Leo,

Hey u know what i'm also a vegetarian. Are you eating chapatis?? I dont know i'm so confused since my doctor said no breads... Can u tell me what all have you been eating? I ate sprouts today and had salad and soup y'day night. Its so good to know you have your GD in control. Do you check the readings at home?? I didn't ask my doc any questions , i guess i was too shocked to react at that time.

What kind of exercise are you doing?? I've become too lazy and have stopped exercising at all :(

And i'm also aiming to be ready by Dec 1st week. My mom will be bringing in some baby things, saved from my brothers kids... so i'll wait to see that and then go for a final round of shopping.

Have you installed the car seat?? We still have to do that.

Its so good to have someone share the same due date!! BTW have you picked out the name??

So you take care,
keep me posted...

love
poochy
